We are trial lawyers dedicated to client satisfaction and communication. Founded by alumni of larger firms, we enjoy the flexible and cooperative atmosphere of a small firm while engaging in a statewide, and in many cases nationwide, practice involving substantial and challenging legal issues more typically associated with larger firms. In addition, unlike most larger firms, we handle both personal injury and business cases on a contingency fee basis. As such, we are only paid if we achieve a settlement or jury verdict in your favor.
We encourage our business clients, both companies and individuals, to share their business and personal philosophies with us, and we invest the time to understand our clients' operations and interests so that each representation is a collaborative effort. We work hard to ensure that we serve our clients with intelligence, preparation and knowledge to achieve the best result in a cost-effective manner. We are committed to producing legal work of the finest professional quality, and dedicated to practicing at the highest legal and ethical standards.
If you or your company could benefit from business trial lawyers, not just business litigators, we can help. If you or a loved one has been seriously injured, we can help. Each new client rewards us with an opportunity to strive for the right to state our maxim: Our clients trust our word, respect our judgment, and rely upon our advocacy.

Austin Tighe began his legal career at Fulbright & Jaworski before practicing at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and the Austin office of 800-lawyer Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, where he was a partner in the firm's Complex Litigation Group. Over a ten-year period, he represented some of the largest corporations in America in personal injury and consumer class actions.
